LMS stands for Lead Management System—a solution designed to help service-based businesses manage incoming requests and customer interactions more efficiently.
In this case, the system supports a wide range of repair and construction services, including mailbox repairs, rebuilds, retaining walls, brickwork, stone and concrete repairs, chimneys, and fireplaces.
To enhance their operations and effectively manage service requests, we built an LMS to streamline communication, improve tracking, and support business growth through better organization and responsiveness.

Old Libraries
The draw back with old libraries were that they are workable only for one system. Secondly, new libraries couldn’t be added.
Class Based Web
Both the web and the portal were built with class-based structures making the project more resource intensive, and slowing the speed.

Revamp iOS App
Uploaded new packages and libraries that offer cross-system compatibility and flexibility.
This also ensures that the app is not limited to a single system and can be easily extended with additional functionality as required.
Functional Base App
To address the resource-intensive nature and slow speed of both the web and portal, we opted refactoring the codebase to adopt a more efficient and performance-oriented architecture.
This was achieved by transitioning from class-based structures to function-based or modular structures.
